The bird kabob was a big hit with my parakeets. It wasn’t “discovered” for a couple weeks but once it was, the female especially spent hours just pecking away at the kabob. It is a safe, shreddable material so she managed to hollow out the whole thing. Of course, you are left with the remains on the floor of the cage to clean up–but it was worth it to see her have such fun with it. We just purchased our second one.
Despite the mess thank you bird kabob. This chew toy has saved my window trim!!! One of these lasts my sun conure about a month there are others in the market but this one seems to last the longest. I would recommend this to anyone who has a chewing bird. My nella loves it!!!
My birds fight over this. It’s plenty large enough for 2 or 3 birds to play with at one time.

My birds LOVE this. Next time I will buy two of them since I have 6 parakeets in a huge flight cage and I can put one on each side of the cage, that way they can all get in on the fun without fighting over it. Overall a good buy, I’m obviously already thinking about buying two more.

My parakeets/budgies LOVE to shred these! They keep the birds entertained and active. They’re just soft enough for small birds, yet they last a long time. The natural fiber is pre-looped, which is super convenient, and it is also nice and long, making it easy to adjust. I have them on subscribe & save so I never run out (because I will hear about it from the birds if I don’t).

My Moluccan cockatoo is an obsessive feather shredder/self mutilator. These toys kept her busy. One toy lasted about 2 days, but it was worth it to have her otherwise occupied. She loves these toys!
